Looking Forward to July 4th
Monday, June 12th, 2006The 4th of July is nearly here - three weeks & we get a day off in the middle of the week - I saw fireworks stands all lit up this week-end though they did not seem to be open for actual business yet. Every year, my neighbors sound like they are blasting the entire neighborhood off the face of the earth for hours & days on end around major holidays but the 4th of July is even worse than New Years Eve. I have no idea how they can afford all those fireworks - I certainly could not! Fireworks get pretty expensive pretty quickly no matter what so-called deal they are offering on their sign.
