We had to put the family elderly very very very sick much beloved dog to sleep last November (Election Day even) and then I got a rescue puppy the first part of December who was thought to be about 8-10 months old then. She weighs about 40 pounds or so and is a little chubby looking – I haven’t gotten the pictures developed yet that I took.

Having this puppy has been VERY healing for our entire family …. me, my daughter and my grandson … we still boo-hoo a lot about missing Miss Gabby very much and we all look at Sugar Plum sometimes and just tell her … you are so much NOT Miss Gabby … yet she has a very special place of her very own with all of us too … I keep telling my daughter that she wants to be my grandson’s puppy – she literally adores him out of all proportion to the amount of time she sees him, which really isn’t that often.

It is about to rain here tonite and it is late so I need to get some sleep but I wanted to get my new plug-in installed at least … and I upgraded my WordPress installation tonite … plus I deleted over 120 spam comments being held.

March is not that far from Graduation Day for high school and college seniors. If they are like I was only a few months before graduation, it is looming larger and larger in their lives – it will soon be time to leave school and move on to whatever is next … whether it be college for high school seniors or becoming employed for college seniors … now is when it starts getting very real that their lives are going to change dramatically very soon. Most will be excited and happily looking forward to what comes next … others will be terrified and dreading the unknown. Some will be at both ends of the spectrum and all over in-between too.
