I’m taking it one day at a time in trying to become a non-smoker … so far,

This is the week-end I am again trying to quit smoking … I originally planned on starting my not smoking campaign on Saturday … I was doing pretty good Saturday morning until I had unexpected company (the next door neighbor that moved to his daughter’s) that arrived without much warning (when we talked on the phone, he was about 10 minutes away – it is about 45 minutes form his daughter’s house to here) for the entire day and evening … him being a serious smoker … that defeats my efforts so I gave up until I ran out of cigarettes again yesterday afternoon. I did accomplish a lot on Saturday at cleaning the house – I have two full garbage cans of stuff thrown out and I managed to pack another box of stuff … I am mostly down to only needing to pack my books, my art books, my art supplies, the kitchen and my clothes when it is time to move.
