Happy New Year’s Eve!!!! Happy New Year!
I’m going to go chat with online friends tonite – it will be a lot of fun to visit with friends. I’m still not feeling well but I feel better than I had been – I painted a little today with my watercolor pencils – it was a very large tree … I think it will be the background for one of my “New Year Dragonflies” …. not quite sure how or what yet … but it is always a good thing to have at least part of a design ready to go.
At 9:30 PM, my quiet suburban neighborhood sounds like World War 3 is happening on my front lawn … the dog is very freaked out of course … people here in this normally quiet Katy Texas neighborhood seem to forget that not everyone wants the entire neighborhood exploding around them … personally … I wish all fireworks were outlawed & banned except in the hands of professionals.
No drinking for me … it would not mix well with all the meds I’m taking trying to get well … and getting well is much more important to me than having booze … I’m not much of a drinker … I’ll be the one tonite drinking ice tea or hot tea from one of my Dragonfly Mugs … love those mugs! They are awesome! And chatting with friends! What a great way to bring a New Year into my life!
